Create a foundation of wellness for your changing body with my support and guidance.

A woman’s body is filled with lifetimes of wisdom. There tends to be a tendency to not remember this due to external messages from society, media and even loved ones. Think of your menstrual cycle, how your body knows when to release an egg, how the lining of the uterus thickens to prepare for fertilization, and how you bleed every month so that the uterus is cleansed then starts the cycle all over again (in the absence of pregnancy).

During menopausal transition, the body knows it’s time for rest. The fertile years are coming to an end, hormonal changes begin to happen and you may experience them through hot flashes, weight gain, and interrupted sleep.

With lots of love, care and attention, I’ll help you manage those changes. We’ll assess your relationship with your body, discuss current life issues, we’ll take a look at how you’re nourishing your mind, body, and spirit, then create a customized foundation of wellness for you.
